Silver Crow Window Pendant
This is a very unusual pendant illustrating a crow theme. The crow has much symbolism in many ancient cultures. In Celtic mythology the crow represented a messenger bringing prophesies and their warrior god also is depicted as a crow. Odin in Norse culture used the crow as a spy.
 
Made in an artisan style from the company Thaddaeus this cast crow pendant is part of their range of unusual jewellery items.
 
From our own limited "research" it is non-magnetic and cast from a 925 silver copper alloy. We would not go as far as describing it as solid silver and it does not appear silver plated.  It is stamped inside the loop 925.
 
It is beautiful, with opening doors with a coat of arms crest on the door. The hinges are fleur de lys in style. The cast crows inside are painted black.
 
The hanging loop is large enough for a chain or a ribbon.
