Buying FromNo19

Our Contract with the Customer

This is our online distance contract with you. A “distance contract” is a contract concluded between us and you the consumer without the simultaneous physical presence of either of us, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the contract is concluded

Order Acceptance

FromNo19 only accepts orders from customers placed via its online websites and they agree to be bound by its terms and condition
On receipt of your order you will be sent an email confirmation to the email address you provided as part of the order processing process. A contract will come into effect once FromNo19 have processed your order and despatched it. We will inform you if the goods are not available for delivery within the published timescales.

We endeavour to despatch the order the day following its receipt. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Up to date prices are on our websites.

Cancellation

FromNo19 may cancel any sale and not supply the products at its sole discretion. Cancelled Orders for which payment has been received will be refunded in full.

You can cancel your order and be refunded your payment if the goods are not available (within our stated timescales), or within 12 hours of receipt of your order.

Price & Payment

Online payment is accepted by Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Paypal and via Klarna. Extended credit is offered by Klarna. Payment is taken at the point of placing the order.

All prices quoted in UK pounds and include any applicable taxes. All prices include Packing and Delivery charges.

Currently we only accept orders for UK delivery addresses.

Delivery

Delivery is free in the United Kingdom for all our orders unless specified at the time of order. We endeavour to deliver within our published timescales but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly by late delivery.

All delivery dates quoted are estimated delivery dates and times, and may be subject to change.

Returns

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the order and wish to return it we will refund your payment or replace the item, if we are notified within 7 days from receipt. The goods must then be returned within 14 days of notification, in as new condition, unused and in the original packaging, together with the original order details, to the address we will send you.

For clarification the deadline is met if the goods are despatched back within 14 days. Written proof, such as a Certificate of Posting, may be required.

Please email us at info.fromno19@gmail.com stating the reason. We may ask for photographic proof in the case of damage.

You will be responsible for bearing the cost of the return postage, except in the case of damaged or faulty product. You will be responsible for the products until they are received back at our location. We will withhold repayment until the products are received by us. On receipt of the product back at our location we will process the paperwork and refund any monies to your card within 14 working days.

Conformity of Goods
We try to ensure that our products conform with the description on our website. The colours are for general representation and may vary dependant on the accuracy of the computer screen monitor and other factors.

FromNo19 reserve the right as part of its ongoing development process to alter specifications including colours without notice. All dimensions are in metric centimetres or millimetres. Capacity where appropriate is in Millilitres.
